Invitation to the 4th Doctoneuro General Assembly

Dear all,

Doctoneuro is organizing its 4th General Assembly (GA), which will be held on Friday 29 November 2019 at 6.30 pm (Salle Paul Mendel of the Institute of Cellular and Integrative Neurosciences - 8, Allée du Général Rouvillois, 67000 Strasbourg). This meeting will be followed by a convivial evening, the location of which will be communicated to you later.

We are really cautious about our non-French speaking members and all scientific events are in English. Unfortunately, this General Assembly must be held in French, to simplify the administrative form of this event and to facilitate the drafting of the meeting-minutes that will be sent to the authorities. Nevertheless, we will ensure that each projected medium is written in English and we will answer all your questions in English if you wish. Also, if you are not comfortable with assisting a French-spoken meeting, there is no issue: you can give a proxy to another member who will attend the GA and you are more than welcome to the party that follows the GA.

In case of absence, you can give a proxy to another member (if you and this member are up to date with the contribution) so that he or she can speak for you (see the model on below). Any signed proxy must be sent to Mr. Guillaume Vanotti, Secretary-General, by hand or by e-mail to doctoneuro@gmail.com before the beginning of the General Meeting.

Please note that each member may only hold a maximum of one proxy.

Particular attention will be paid to ensuring that all participants are members of the Association. So please don't forget your card. If you are not a member, you can register the same evening before the opening, at the stand dedicated to it or online, via our online registration form.

Also, no further entry into the building will be allowed once the General Assembly has begun. So please make sure you can get there on time.

Convocation à la 4e Assemblée Générale de Doctoneuro

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Doctoneuro organise sa 4^ème Assemblée Générale (AG), qui se tiendra le vendredi 29 novembre 2019 prochain à 18h30 (Salle Paul Mendel de l’Institut des Neurosciences Cellulaires et Intégratives – 8, Allée du Général Rouvillois, 67000 Strasbourg). Cette réunion sera suivie d’une soirée conviviale dont le lieu vous sera transmis ultérieurement.

En cas d'absence, vous pouvez donner procuration à un autre membre (si vous et ce membre êtes à jour de cotisation) pour qu’elle ou il puisse s'exprimer à votre place (voir modèle ci-dessous). Toute procuration signée doit être transmise à Monsieur Guillaume VANOTTI, Secrétaire Général, en main propre ou par mail avant le début de l’Assemblée Générale.

Attention, chaque membre ne peut porter au maximum qu’une seule procuration.

Une attention particulière sera faite pour s’assurer que l’ensemble des participants est membre de l’Association. N’oubliez donc pas votre carte. Si vous n’êtes pas membre, vous pourrez vous inscrire le soir même avant l’ouverture, au stand qui y sera dédié ou en ligne, via notre formulaire d’adhésion en ligne.

Aussi, plus aucune entrée ne sera autorisée dans le bâtiment une fois que l’Assemblée Générale aura commencé. Assurez-vous donc de pouvoir y venir à l’heure.
