The Neurotech seminars are finally back!
These are events where (neuro)science students can present their techniques and projects, in an informal setting, usually with a drink in hand.
With that in mind, the first session of the Neurotech seminars is scheduled on Wednesday, February 1st at the K'fet des Sciences on the campus Esplanade, from 7 pm. The event is free and will be held in English.
The presentations of the days will be hold by:
Louise Vial: Patch-clamp in vitro
Océane Boyer: Molecule affinity and activity measures
Susana Lima: Fiber photometry
And as one event is not enough, Doctoneuro’s cohesion team will follow up on this sciency session with a blind test & karaoke to enjoy the rest of the night (this starts at 8pm).
Food and drinks will be available, just remember to bring cash with you!
PS:You’re a PhD student, a postdoc or an engineer and you’d like to present your technique at later sessions? Contact us!
